Why am I receiving a 'Server response was invalid' error?

This is most likely due to Blizzard's servers being unresponsive or unavailable. There's nothing we can do about this, so you should try again later.

My console is connected to my Battle.net Account, but when I login on your site I can't click 'Profile'.

We cannot access any accounts that are digitally connected to your Battletag. You will have to manually enter your console username in the header search until we can verify console accounts.

Why is my account not updating?

If you're a new player on a console then it may take up to 24 hours for your stats to start appearing. On PC, you can force your stats to update on Blizzard's servers by closing Overwatch and hitting the Update button on your Master Overwatch profile. If your stats are still not updating after closing the game then it is likely that there are issues with Blizzard's servers.

Why am I not appearing on any leaderboards?

We require a minimum of 25 games played for each leaderboard, or 10 games played for each competitive leaderboard. This ensures that players that have played very few games are not unfairly ranked at the top of the leaderboards.
